Peter Hinssen
Peter Hinssen is a globally acclaimed keynote speaker, bestselling author, and business school lecturer known for his expertise in innovation, digital transformation, and adaptive leadership. Jean is a seasoned marketing and strategy leader with over 25 years in IT and software. Now the Modern Work Director at Microsoft, he has also excelled in roles such as Business Planning & Operation Director and Partner Strategy Lead. Before Microsoft, Jean honed his expertise at SAGE managing telco, banking, and payroll products, and began his career at Softissimo as a technical sales representative. Specializing in strategic market analysis, end-to-end marketing plans, and complex middleware product marketing, he has developed industry frameworks and nurtured high-potential teams to drive innovation.

Martyna Kujawska is a supply chain specialist at Lyreco and Innovation Ambassador in the UK. As a 2023 Lyreco Pioneer for her “Workwear for Women” project, she is dedicated to demonstrating the need for gender-specific workwear that better meets the demands of today's diverse workforce.

René Massatti
Rene is an innovator and educator who leverages emerging technologies and societal trends to benefit humanity. He co-founded startups early on and later integrated advanced frameworks into corporate environments. With over 20 years’ experience, he has led 500+ workshops, delivered 100+ keynotes worldwide, and consulted on digital transformation, customer experience, and sustainability. A proponent of open innovation, Rene bridges diverse industries and reshapes 21st-century education as an adjunct lecturer at institutions like HWZ Zürich, WU Wien, and LIMAK.
